In order to enable the use of Koxo Official web sales service, Koxo Official needs to collect and process certain of your personal data. Koxo Official does not bear any responsibility if the entered data are not correct.

4. Privacy policy and information policy

Koxo Official takes all necessary measures for protection of personal data, in order to prevent loss, theft and abuse, as well as unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. Koxo Official has no insight into the number, date, validity and security code of your payment card for the entire duration of the transaction, nor does it have access to any information related to your bank account. The data is entered on the web portal of the processing center that processes online payment transactions.

5. Delivery

The shipping service delivers to your address from Monday to Friday from 8-16h, and on Saturday from 8-15h. For that purpose, a person is needed who will be present at the address indicated for delivery. 

If the order is returned by the shipping service due to an unsuccessful attempt to contact the client, and the client wants to receive it, the cost of delivery is borne by the client. If a replacement of the size that was duly delivered by Koxo Official is required, the cost of returning and taking on a new size is borne by the buyer himself. Koxo Official assumes the obligation to cover the cost only if it delivers an unsuitable product in terms of size or model.

6. Refund policy after payment card transaction

Koxo Official will return the funds to the buyer, if a wrong payment is made, and the right can be exercised by submitting a written request and proof of payment, which will indicate the date when the wrong payment was made and in what amount.
